My Family and Experiences Within the Woodbury Community
My personal affection for Woodbury runs deep. My father, Herb Cudd, and my brother, Charles Cudd (The Charles Cudd Company), helped to develop and build some of the wonderful neighborhoods that make up this great city.
Evergreen, Interlachen Woods, Marsh Creek and the Villas on Powers Lake are communities for which they had a sincere passion. My father's passion for trees is evident in each of these fine communities. He oversaw the planting of each individual tree as if it were the only one. My brother's objective has always been to design and build fine, principled homes for the immense enjoyment of their customers, homes that are prized by their communities, stand the test of time, and become sought-after treasures by future generations.
My father and brother both understood that each home must be thoughtfully and artistically composed, creating a cohesive whole that graces the setting and amplifies the daily life of its owners. My brother continues to carry on the legacy created by our father and is truly a master in his insight and visions.
I sincerely believe that gratitude is one course in life from which we never graduate. I will forever be grateful for the fabulous opportunities that my family presented to me when they invited me to join them in their newest real estate ventures in Woodbury in 1986. It is a journey that I continue to travel and learn from daily. The invaluable lessons that I learned from Dad and Chuck contribute to my wholeness personally and professionally.
I've helped families move in, out and around these neighborhoods for more than 27 years. With the help of my colleagues, the Cheryl Brenna Group is creating a strong and ever extending family tree of clients.
