Home Composing^SM is a unique staging service available at no cost to Cheryl Brenna Group clients. Home Composing focuses on the art of placement and the attention to detail that is necessary to create meaningful spaces within your personal environment. Using what you already own in your home, we compose spaces that are balanced, harmonious, and in tune with your personality. Whether you're redecorating, preparing a home for sale, or moving into a new one, our placement techniques make all the difference.

Our initial consultation consists of our carefully listening to your needs and desires. We focus on the choices you have made and respond to your specific requests of comfort and function. We help create a fresh feel throughout, creating honest and interesting rooms that are always up to date.

Moving Into Your New Home

Are you already wondering where everything will go? Is the furniture going to fit? Will the art look good on the wall? We can make your move stressless! While you're at work or running errands, we'll be placing furniture and accessories and hanging all of your art. We have the skills necessary to turn your new house into a home that is undeniably yours, a personal retreat to which you gladly return.

One Day Makeovers

For the price of one good piece of furniture, we'll redecorate your entire home using pieces you already own! If you still need an element here or there to complete the look, we will leave you a list of suggestions, it is easy as that.

Composing Your Home for Sale

If you are getting ready to sell your home or it's been on the market too long, remember this: It takes just a few seconds for prospective buyers to form an impression and know whether they want to buy or not. Composed homes sell faster and get closer to their asking price! Composing increases the appeal of the home to the widest possible range of people.

The reason is simple prospective buyers want to imagine themselves, not you, living in the home. Unlike the client, our home composing team is not emotionally attached to the home or its furnishings. If you choose to list a home with the Cheryl Brenna Group, two hours of Home Composing^SM is included in the services for NO EXTRA CHARGE. Additional time is available for $70.00 per hour plus any agreed- upon purchasing budget.
